Nazimuddin Chowdhury new energy secretary

Nazimuddin Chowdhury, additional secretary of energy and mineral resources division of power, energy and mineral resources ministry, has been made as acting secretary of the same division.

An official of 1984 batch of the BCS administration cadre, Chowdhury worked as the additional secretary at the same division before his new job.

The Ministry of Public Administration issued a circular in this regard on Sunday.

On November 30, energy and mineral resources division secretary Abu Bakar Siddique has died while under treatment at a Dhaka hospital.
